Foundation Training

Foundation training is based on the philosophy that movement is the precipitating factor that determines our maximum happiness potential. We just can’t live with vitality when our body is suffering due to pain and injury caused by poor movement habits. Foundation Training is a solution. It is a journey of both physical discovery and deepened self-awareness that enables previously unknown levels of health and happiness. It gives you the power to reclaim control over your body and be the best version of you.

Tish spent her 20’s and 30’s “killing it” as an instructor and triathlete, and then her body started sending her signals. The balance was gone! She had over trained and ignored so many other aspects of her wellness that she had to take a huge step back and create a more complete wellness approach that would take her well into her 80’s. She now hopes to help others understand the importance of “balance,” and how we can still achieve our goals while taking time to focus on the importance of a balanced life and healthy body.

Tish had been a fitness industry professional since 1992.
